MOVING AHEAD TOWARDS GENERAL ELECTION

THANKS for the overwhelming support for the dinner held on 14 Jan at Fortuna Palace Restaurant. You had made it a success! CHEERS! I would like to ask for apology from friends and supporters who were not notified about the dinner due to the short period of time in the preparation for the dinner. However, those who missed or to refresh memories can visit http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nzK5BAt8etsto to view the powerfull speeches of Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Without hesitation, our machinery geared for the coming general election was set up and trainning programmes was scheduled. Those who are willing to give a hand during election are most welcome. You may email to me at leekimsin@myjaring.net or call 012-2134858. For those who are willing to contribute in cash or kind can contact us or bank into Maybank account: Lee Kim Sin 112026306837. All donations will be issued receipts and account checked by qualified accountants. We guarantee integrity and accountibility.

As Chinese New Year is not over yet, we would like to wish our Chinese friends "A Happy and Prosperous New Year". While everybody was busy preparing to celebrate CNY, we were busy organising Charity Caligraphy( Hui Chun ), a cultural tradition less practised these days, during the weekends. The response was very supportive and encouraging. For the three days writing couplets and well-wishes in Chinese ink, we manage to collect a total of RM913.70. The collection together with 20 new blankets and baskets of fresh fruits were donated to The Sherpherds' Foundation in Semenyih. The Foundation set up caring homes for the orphanage and old folks in Taman Hew Piao, Semenyih. We had been contributing to the Foundation for the past few years.

Before CNY ends on the 15th day of Lunar calender, i.e. 21st Feb, we are organising our open-house buffet on the 15th Feb 2008, 7.30pm at our office car-porch in Sg. Chua. All are welcome!

After the buffet, at 9.30pm, we will call upon all supporters and volunteers to attend a briefing session and registration as volunteers in our General Election Team. See you there!

From the gimmicks and political "kicks" of the ruling party, all Malaysian can sense the general election is around the corner. It is speculated to be held in early March. Whatever it is, we are prepared and heading for Victory in Kajang State Assembly seat. The people of Kajang is for us this round. We have been performing and the BN is rotting into its deepest core. It's time for a Change!
